Intense and deep carmine colour. Ripe red fruits such as cherries and wild currants stand out on the nose. In addition, there are toasted notes reminiscent of tobacco and mocha. On the palate it is fresh, long and persistent. It has very firm and very present tannins, which generates a wine with volume and weight.
Ideal for red meats, pork with creamy sauces, pastas and semi-ripe cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
