Winemaker Pablo Prieto showcased the winery’s finest wines at a series of tastings and masterclasses, reinforcing its excellence in the Brazilian market.
Organized by Wines of Chile, the leading platform for Chilean wines in Brazil and a global reference in the wine industry, the “Taste the Unnamed: Grand Tasting Sao Paulo” event brought together key figures from the industry, including clients, producers, winemakers, and wine enthusiasts.
At this event, the winery showcased its two Ultra Premium lines: Carmen Delanz, which highlights the potential of the Apalta Valley and Maipo Valley with its Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, and Carmen D.O., a tribute to Chile’s small-scale winegrowers. Additionally, it presented the Carmen Gran Reserva Frida Kahlo Cabernet Sauvignon 2022.
Viña Carmen also participated in ProWine Brazil, one of the most important trade fairs in Latin America for the wine industry, alongside its iconic Carmen Gold wine and other labels from the Carmen Legacy line. Over 1300 brands from 26 countries took part, gathering for a series of masterclasses, discussion forums, and wines from around the world.
Both events are designed to position Chile’s premium wines in the competitive Brazilian market. They aim to highlight the quality, sustainability, and innovation that define Chilean wines, further solidifying their prestige in the region.
