Viña Carmen announces their partnership in the production of a new culinary documentary: ‘Chasing Stars’. The programme, which airs on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 22.15 on RTÉ One, follows Dublin based Damien Grey, co-founder and head chef of Heron and Grey on his travel and food adventures around the world in his quest to create a brand new restaurant and regain his Michelin star in only 6 months for new restaurant Liath.
